Data Communication Administrator
Job description
We are looking for a Data Communication Administrator to field our calls from our technicians. This person will be a part of the fastest-growing mobile specialists in this market. Our customers rely on Fleet Force to keep their fleet vehicles running smoothly, and safe. Our mobile automotive service mechanics use their skills to diagnose, fix and repair fleet vehicles at our customers’ locations in our professional, well-equipped trucks. This position will field all calls from our technicians while they work and input the data to properly order parts, submit invoicing to 3rd party vendors, and communicate to our customers the issues with their fleet vehicles.
Some areas of specialty include knowledge of the automotive industry, good computer skills, English, and good communication skills. You will be part of a skilled team of mobile mechanics with innovative technology.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Good computer and typing skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Follow and promote our high standards of integrity, safety, cleanliness, and self-management.
Optional:
Motor Vehicle Certification would be beneficial, but not required.
