Job description

We are looking for an Automotive Fleet Logistics Administrator to support our technicians and customers’ maintenance needs and other shop-related duties.

Compensation is between $31,200.00 and $41,600.00 a year.

Ability to perform light fleet vehicle maintenance. This is a versatile position with a number of daily responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Flat Tire / Tire changes.
• No starts / Battery replacements.
• Oil change / Air Filter / and more.
• Daily Parts Management / Order parts and pick them up.
• Re-load the trucks with supplies.
• Admin to Operations Manager as needed.

Key Requirements

• Basic automotive diagnostic skills.
• Must have good communication and people skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to multitask.
• All experience levels are welcome to apply.
• Lift heavy objects, walk, and stand for extended periods of time.
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Possession of valid driver’s license.

Preferred Skills – Not required but advantageous.

• Knowledge of ShopBoss Pro software.
• Experience in health and safety compliance.
